It’s Just Yoga Fall Festival

If you are in the Orlando area, you’ll have to check out It’s Just Yoga, each year they have a Spring and Fall publication and festival to support New Hope For Kids, where all of my favorite vendors gather to support the community. #letgoandgrow x #locallove

This year I partnered with State Farm to teach the heart based practice. Looking forward to many more events to come!

Wherever you are in the world, where do you go to gather?
